We do not accept refunds.

Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days from date of purchase. If this time frame has expired & 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE ON ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN REDEEMED VIA A DISCOUNT CODE. THIS INCLUDES; FREE SHIPPING, PERCENTAGE OFF TOTAL PRICE & GIFT VOUCHER CODES.


To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in an unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags intact.

Intimate & custom made or hand made goods are exempt from being returned. These includes but are not exclusive to lingerie, swimwear, custom made, handmade pieces and or made to order.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Credit Codes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Credit codes

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit code will automatically be sent to you via email, within 7 - 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit code yet, first check your email account again.


Next check your junk folder in your email account. There are some occasions where our emails may be picked up as junk and automatically sent to the junk folder by your email server.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be applicable for a credit code, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vanityville.london and we will instruct you on where to send your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit code to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us for shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit code, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit code, if you have not already paid the correct return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are liable for and responsible for your package until we have received it.

We do not accept responsibility for customs charges on returned items, please clearly state that the item is FOR RETURN, NOT FOR SALE, NO VALUE, £0.00.

If this has not been stated the item may be liable for customs charges, we will not collect items that have customs charges. We cannot be sure that the item is unused/unworn/resalable.
